Ka33 Terms & Conditions — Complete User Guidelines

These Terms & Conditions become a legally binding agreement between you and ka33 the moment you begin using the ka33 website or mobile application. By clicking the registration button or accessing the site, you confirm that you accept these terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services on the ka33 platform — including gaming, betting, payments, promotions, and customer support. ka33 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with changes taking effect from the date of update.

To register on ka33, you must meet the following requirements:

• Your account must not be shared with or used by any third party under any circumstances.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network is strictly prohibited.

Regarding Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100
• Ka33 does not charge any fees on deposits.
• Deposits are usually credited to your balance instantly.
• Only deposit from an account registered in your own name.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the registered mobile banking number on your account.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will be held until KYC verification is completed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 5).

Wagering Requirements:

• Welcome Bonus: 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount.
• Reload bonus: typically 20–25x wagering.
• Winnings from free spins: 15–20x wagering.
• Only real money bets count toward wagering.

Additional Bonus Usage Rules:

• Each bonus must generally be used within 30 days of being issued.
• If a bonus offer is already applied to your account, no additional bonuses can be added.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.

The following activities are strictly forbidden on ka33 and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds:

• Multiple accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing risk-free bets (hedging) for the purpose of meeting bonus wagering requirements.
• Software use: Use of bots, automation software, or game manipulation tools.
• Fraud: Exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering or other illicit financial activity.

The ka33 website, mobile app, logo, graphics, text, code, and all content are the exclusive intellectual property of ka33. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without ka33's written consent. Content from third-party game providers on the platform remains the property of their respective owners.

Ka33 provides its services on an "as-is" basis. ka33 is not liable for losses arising from the following circumstances:

• Game loss due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or failures on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Issues with the user's own device or software.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, etc.).

In any dispute, ka33's maximum liability shall under no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question.
